• The story
This is a sleaze or "adult" novel of its era, and it is tame by today's standards. The central character is Lenore, a newlywed who is shocked by the easygoing affairs around her in the trailer park. Only two weeks into her marriage to Jack, she hears from a neighbor that the neighbor has already slept with him many times.
